The operating expenses of the European Works Council are borne by the dominant undertaking or undertaking in the Community-scale group of undertakings.

The members of the European Works Council are provided with the material and financial resources they need to carry out their duties.

In particular, unless otherwise agreed, the company will bear the costs of organising meetings and interpreting, as well as the accommodation and travel expenses of the members of the committee and the bureau.

Les dépenses de fonctionnement du comité d’entreprise européen sont supportées par l’entreprise ou l’entreprise dominante du groupe d’entreprises de dimension communautaire.

Les membres du comité sont dotés des moyens matériels ou financiers nécessaires à l’accomplissement de leurs missions.

En particulier, l’entreprise prend en charge, sauf s’il en a été convenu autrement, les frais d’organisation des réunions et d’interprétariat ainsi que les frais de séjour et de déplacement des membres du comité et du bureau.
