Article L2353-2 of the French Labour Code

In the case provided for in Article L. 2353-1, the European Company may only be registered if the parties decide to apply the provisions of this Chapter and Chapter IV or if the directors of the participating companies undertake to apply them.

Dans le cas prévu à l’article L. 2353-1, l’immatriculation de la société européenne ne peut intervenir que si les parties décident de mettre en oeuvre les dispositions du présent chapitre ainsi que du chapitre IV ou que si les dirigeants des sociétés participantes s’engagent à en faire application.
