Article L2353-23 of the French Labour Code

The employee representatives sitting on the European Company Committee shall inform the employee representatives of the establishments and subsidiaries of the European Company or, failing that, all the employees, of the content and results of the work of this Committee, in compliance with the professional secrecy and the obligation of discretion provided for in Article L. 2325-5.

Les représentants du personnel siégeant au comité de la société européenne informent les représentants du personnel des établissements et filiales de la société européenne ou, à défaut, l’ensemble des salariés, de la teneur et des résultats des travaux de ce comité, dans le respect du secret professionnel et de l’obligation de discrétion prévus à l’article L. 2325-5.
