Article L2361-1 of the French Labour Code

This Title applies to:

1° European Cooperative Societies constituted in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 1435/2003 of 22 July 2003 on the Statute for a European Cooperative Society and having their registered office and head office in France;

2° Legal persons having their registered office in France and natural persons resident in France who participate in the formation of a European Cooperative Society;

3° Subsidiaries and establishments located in France of European Cooperative Societies incorporated in another Member State of the European Community or the European Economic Area.

Article L2361-1

Le présent titre s’applique :

1° Aux sociétés coopératives européennes constituées conformément au règlement (CE) n° 1435 / 2003 du Conseil du 22 juillet 2003 relatif au statut de la société coopérative européenne et ayant leur siège social et leur administration centrale en France ;

2° Aux personnes morales ayant leur siège social en France et aux personnes physiques résidant en France qui participent à la constitution d’une société coopérative européenne ;

3° Aux filiales et établissements situés en France des sociétés coopératives européennes constituées dans un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne ou de l’Espace économique européen.
