Article L2362-6 of the French Labour Code

In order to negotiate, the special negotiating body may be assisted by experts of its choice at any level it deems appropriate. These experts shall participate in the meetings of the group in an advisory capacity.

All the persons participating in the formation of the European Cooperative Society shall bear the expenses relating to the negotiation and the assistance of a single expert.

Pour négocier, le groupe spécial de négociation peut être assisté d’experts de son choix à tout niveau qu’il estime approprié. Ces experts participent aux réunions du groupe à titre consultatif.

L’ensemble des personnes participant à la constitution de la société coopérative européenne prend en charge les dépenses relatives à la négociation et à l’assistance d’un seul expert.
