The employee participation rules applicable prior to the cross-border transaction shall continue to apply until the date of application of any rules agreed subsequently or, in the absence of agreement, until the application of the provisions of Chapter III of this Title.

Les règles de participation des salariés applicables avant l’opération transfrontalière continuent de s’appliquer jusqu’à la date d’application de toute règle convenue d’un commun accord ultérieurement ou, en l’absence d’accord, jusqu’à l’application des dispositions du chapitre III du présent titre.
