Les représentants des salariés siégeant au sein de l’organe d’administration ou de surveillance, ou participant à l’assemblée générale ou aux assemblées de section ou de branche de la société issue de l’opération transfrontalière, bénéficient de la protection instituée à l’article L. 2411-1.
