Article L2421-10 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In the cases provided for in articles L. 2421-8 and L. 2421-9, the persons concerned shall vacate the premises within one year of the date on which they received notification of the formal notice provided for in article L. 2421-6 or, if they have waived their rights, within one year of the date of such waiver.

In the case of cultivated plots, the operator has the right to harvest the fruits and crops of the current crop year.

Article L2421-10

Dans les cas prévus aux articles L. 2421-8 et L. 2421-9, les personnes intéressées quittent les lieux dans l’année qui suit la date à laquelle elles ont reçu la notification de la mise en demeure prévue à l’article L. 2421-6 ou, si elles ont renoncé à leurs droits, dans l’année qui suit la date de cette renonciation.

Lorsqu’il s’agit de parcelles cultivées, l’exploitant a le droit de recueillir les fruits et récoltes de l’année culturale en cours.
