If the commune has not sent them formal notice within two months of posting, the persons mentioned in article L. 2421-6 may give it formal notice to opt for one of the solutions provided for in this article.

Si la commune ne leur a adressé aucune mise en demeure dans les deux mois suivant l’affichage, les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 2421-6 peuvent la mettre en demeure d’opter entre l’une des solutions prévues à cet article.
