Dismissal of an employee representative on the board of directors or supervisory board of a public-sector undertaking, a public limited company or a partnership limited by shares, in disregard of the provisions relating to the administrative authorisation procedure set out in this book, is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 3,750 euros. A repeat offence is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 6,000 euros.
