Article L251-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Decisions imposing an obligation to leave French territory and bans on movement within French territory taken pursuant to this chapter may be challenged before the administrative court under the conditions laid down in Chapter IV of Title I of Book VI. Article L. 614-5 is not applicable.
