Article L2513-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The contribution of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis mentioned in Article L. 2513-5 is equal, pro rata to the number of inhabitants served, to the difference between the contribution called in 2015 by the Bouches-du-Rhône departmental fire and rescue service, in respect of the communes that made up the Marseille Provence Métropole urban community on 31 December of the same year, and the total contributions due from these communes in the year prior to their integration into the urban community.

La participation de la métropole d’Aix-Marseille-Provence mentionnée à l’article L. 2513-5 est égale, au prorata du nombre d’habitants desservis, à la différence entre la contribution appelée en 2015 par le service départemental d’incendie et de secours des Bouches-du-Rhône, au titre des communes qui composaient la communauté urbaine Marseille Provence Métropole au 31 décembre de la même année, et le total des contributions exigibles de ces communes l’année précédant leur intégration à la communauté urbaine.
