If the conciliation procedure fails, the dispute shall be submitted either to the mediation procedure under the conditions provided for in Chapter III, or to the arbitration procedure provided for in Chapter IV if both parties so agree.

En cas d’échec de la procédure de conciliation, le conflit est soumis soit à la procédure de médiation dans les conditions prévues au chapitre III, soit à la procédure d’arbitrage prévue au chapitre IV si les deux parties en conviennent.
