If the Ombudsman is knowingly denied access to documents that are relevant to the performance of his duties, he shall submit a report to the administrative authority, which shall forward it to the public prosecutor.

Lorsque la communication des documents utiles à l’accomplissement de sa mission est sciemment refusée au médiateur, celui-ci remet un rapport à l’autorité administrative qui le transmet au procureur de la République.
