Article L2544-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Deliberations of the municipal council relating to a section of a commune are enforceable only after approval by the representative of the State in the département, when their purpose is:

1° The collection of the taxes mentioned in 1° of a of Article L. 2331-3 exclusively levied on the section;

2° The amendment of the rules applicable to the enjoyment of the property of the section.

Article L2544-4

Les délibérations du conseil municipal relatives à une section de commune ne sont exécutoires qu’après approbation du représentant de l’Etat dans le département, lorsqu’elles ont pour objet :

1° La perception des impôts mentionnés au 1° du a de l’article L. 2331-3 frappant exclusivement la section ;

2° La modification des règles applicables à la jouissance des biens de la section.
