Article L2573-8 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles L. 2123-25, L. 2123-28 and L. 2123-29 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II and IV.

II. – For the application of the first paragraph of Article L. 2123-25-2, the words: “to the general social security scheme” are replaced by the words: “to a social security scheme established in French Polynesia”.

III. – (Repealed)

IV. – For the application of Article L. 2123-29, the words: “of Articles L. 2123-27 and L. 2123-28” are replaced by the words: “of Article L. 2123-28”.

IV. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 2123-29, les mots : ” des articles L. 2123-27 et L. 2123-28 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’article L. 2123-28 “.
