Unless this is incompatible with the nature of the contract concluded or the financial service provided, the customer may, immediately and at any time during the contractual relationship, object by any means to the use of a durable medium other than paper and request, free of charge, to be provided with a paper medium. He may also carry out all the formalities and obligations incumbent upon him on any other medium agreed with the professional and on a medium identical to that used by the professional.

A moins que ce ne soit incompatible avec la nature du contrat conclu ou du service financier fourni, le client peut, immédiatement et à n’importe quel moment de la relation contractuelle, s’opposer par tout moyen à l’usage d’un support durable autre que le papier et demander sans frais à bénéficier d’un support papier. Il peut par ailleurs effectuer l’ensemble des formalités et obligations qui lui incombent sur tout autre support convenu avec le professionnel et sur un support identique à celui utilisé par le professionnel.
