In the case of international travel, operators of means of transport, transport infrastructures and travel agencies are obliged to inform their passengers or customers of the public health risks identified by the health authorities in places of destination or transit. They must also inform them of the recommendations to be followed and the health measures put in place to combat these risks.
In the event of a serious health risk being identified after a journey and to enable the necessary information and protection measures to be put in place, the operators mentioned in the first paragraph are obliged to communicate to the health authorities data enabling the identification of passengers exposed or likely to have been exposed to the risk.
