Article L313-47 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the cancellation of registrations, no documentary evidence is required in support of the statements in the deed of release establishing that there has been a release or transfer of ownership if the said statements are certified as accurate in that deed. The beneficiaries of the release or transfer of ownership are not considered interested parties, within the meaning of article 2435 of the Civil Code, if the act of release does not state that the transaction has been carried out for their benefit.

Pour la radiation des inscriptions, aucune pièce justificative n’est exigée à l’appui des énonciations de l’acte de mainlevée établissant qu’il y a eu mise à la disposition ou remise en propriété si lesdites énonciations sont certifiées exactes dans cet acte. Les bénéficiaires de la mise à la disposition ou de la remise en propriété ne sont pas considérés comme parties intéressées, au sens de l’article 2435 du code civil, si l’acte de mainlevée ne fait pas état de l’opération intervenue à leur profit.
