If an appeal has been lodged on the basis of article L. 3211-12-1, the liberty and custody judge hearing the case may make the same decision in accordance with the procedure laid down in the same article L. 3211-12-1.

Le juge des libertés et de la détention saisi en application de l’article L. 3211-12-1 peut, si un recours a été formé sur le fondement de l’article L. 3211-12, statuer par une même décision suivant la procédure prévue au même article L. 3211-12-1.
