Article L322-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When a foreign national who is subject to an administrative ban on entry is present on French territory, he may be deported automatically to the border under the conditions laid down in Book VII.
This article does not apply to foreign nationals who are minors.

Lorsque l’étranger qui fait l’objet d’une interdiction administrative du territoire est présent sur le territoire français, il peut être reconduit d’office à la frontière dans les conditions prévues au livre VII.
Le présent article n’est pas applicable à l’étranger mineur.
