I.-When the psychiatric care measure decided in application of 1° or 2° of II of article L. 3212-1 is terminated, the director of the host establishment notifies the representative of the State in Saint-Barthélemy, the family of the person concerned and, where applicable, the person making the request.
II – When the representative of the State in the host community refrains from taking a psychiatric care measure decided upon in application of article L. 3213-1 or terminates such a measure, he/she will notify the representative of the State in Saint-Barthélemy and the family of the person concerned.
III – The representative of the State in Saint-Barthélemy will, within twenty-four hours, with the prior agreement of the person concerned, issue an order relating to the arrangements for their return to the territory of Saint-Barthélemy, in accordance with the conditions set out in this chapter.
IV – Unless the person concerned decides to return to Saint-Barthélemy by their own means, they will be taken there either by a French Navy vessel, or by a vessel or aircraft chartered by the representative of the State in Saint-Barthélemy, at the expense of the administration.
