Article L331-16 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Under the conditions laid down in article 17-1 of the law no. 95-73 of 21 January 1995 on security policy and programming, decisions to authorise the agents mentioned in article L. 331-14 of the present code are preceded by administrative investigations designed to verify that their behaviour is not incompatible with the performance of their duties or missions.

Article L331-16

Dans les conditions prévues par l’article 17-1 de la loi n° 95-73 du 21 janvier 1995 d’orientation et de programmation relative à la sécurité, les décisions d’habilitation des agents mentionnés à l’article L. 331-14 du présent code sont précédées d’enquêtes administratives destinées à vérifier que leur comportement n’est pas incompatible avec l’exercice de leurs fonctions ou missions.
