Article L335-18 of the French Intellectual Property Code

A decree in the Council of State shall set:

1° The conditions for applying the measures provided for in articles L. 335-10 to L. 335-16;

2° The conditions under which goods likely to infringe a copyright or related right, as provided for by current European regulations, are destroyed, as well as the conditions under which samples are taken prior to the said destruction.

Article L335-18

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe :

1° Les conditions d’application des mesures prévues aux articles L. 335-10 à L. 335-16 ;

2° Les conditions dans lesquelles a lieu la destruction des marchandises susceptibles de porter atteinte à un droit d’auteur ou à un droit voisin prévue par la réglementation européenne en vigueur ainsi que les conditions du prélèvement d’échantillons préalable à ladite destruction.
