Article L350-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In accordance with article L. 223-1, the provisions of articles L. 351-1 to L. 352-9, with the exception of those relating to Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 and the transfer decision referred to in Article L. 572-1, are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II.

Article L350-1

Conformément à l’article L. 223-1, les dispositions des articles L. 351-1 à L. 352-9, à l’exception de celles relatives au règlement (UE) n° 604/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil, du 26 juin 2013, et à la décision de transfert mentionnée à l’article L. 572-1, sont applicables à l’étranger dont la situation est régie par le livre II.
