Article L3511-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application to Mayotte of Part Three of this Code:

<1° The reference to the department or overseas department is replaced by the reference to the Department of Mayotte;

2° The reference to the regional council is replaced by the reference to the general council;

3° The reference to the regional economic, social and environmental council is replaced by the reference to the economic, social and environmental council.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de la troisième partie du présent code :

1° La référence au département ou au département d’outre-mer est remplacée par la référence au Département de Mayotte ;

2° La référence au conseil régional est remplacée par la référence au conseil général ;
