Article L3515-5 of the French Public Health Code

Manufacturers, importers and distributors of tobacco products, as well as companies, professional organisations or associations representing them, are liable to a fine of €45,000 if they fail to send the annual report provided for in Article L. 3512-7 to the Minister for Health or knowingly omit to make public the expenditure that must be included in the report pursuant to the same article.

Est puni de 45 000 € d’amende le fait pour les fabricants, les importateurs et les distributeurs de produits du tabac, ainsi que les entreprises, les organisations professionnelles ou les associations les représentant de ne pas adresser au ministre chargé de la santé le rapport annuel prévu à l’article L. 3512-7 ou d’omettre sciemment de rendre publiques les dépenses qui doivent y être incluses en application du même article.
