Article L361-4 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Mayotte:
1° References to the court of appeal are replaced by the reference to the appeal chamber of the court of appeal of Saint-Denis de La Réunion in Mamoudzou;
2° The second sentence of the second paragraph of Article L. 332-2 and article L. 333-2 are not applicable to refusals of entry notified on the territory of the local authority;
3° The second sentence of Article L. 341-5 is not applicable for five years from the publication of the loi n° 2018-778 du 10 septembre 2018pour une immigration maîtrisée, un droit d’asile effectif et une intégration réussie.

Pour l’application du présent livre à Mayotte :
1° Les références à la cour d’appel sont remplacées par la référence à la chambre d’appel de la cour d’appel de Saint-Denis de La Réunion à Mamoudzou ;
2° La seconde phrase du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 332-2 et l’article L. 333-2 ne sont pas applicables aux refus d’entrée notifiés sur le territoire de la collectivité ;
3° La seconde phrase de l’article L. 341-5 n’est pas applicable pendant cinq ans à compter de la publication de la loi n° 2018-778 du 10 septembre 2018 pour une immigration maîtrisée, un droit d’asile effectif et une intégration réussie.
