Article L365-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions shall apply in French Polynesia in their wording resulting from the ordonnance n° 2020-1733 du 16 décembre 2020, unless otherwise stated or reference is made to their application by operation of law in the table below.
