Pour l’application à Mayotte du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 3411-2, les mots : ” sans qu’il soit fait application des dispositions du code de la sécurité sociale et du code rural et de la pêche maritime relatives à l’ouverture du droit aux prestations couvertes par les régimes de base, au remboursement de la part garantie par l’assurance maladie, à la participation de l’assuré aux tarifs servant de base au remboursement ainsi qu’au forfait mentionné à l’article L. 174-4 du code de la sécurité sociale. ” sont supprimés.
