For its application in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the second paragraph of article L. 3611-3, the words: “in the pubs mentioned in articles L. 3331-1, L. 3334-1 and L. 3334-2” are replaced by the words: “in places where drinks are consumed subject to local regulations”.
Pour son application dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 3611-3, les mots : “ dans les débits de boissons mentionnés aux articles L. 3331-1, L. 3334-1 et L. 3334-2 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ dans des lieux de consommation de boissons soumis à la réglementation locale ”.
