Article L3842-4 of the French Public Health Code

In article L. 3423-1, the words “under the conditions set out in articles L. 3413-1 to L. 3413-4” and the words: “under the conditions set out in Chapters II and IV of Title I of this Book” do not apply in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
