Article L4011-4-8 of the French Public Health Code

The terms and conditions for the application of this section shall be determined by decree, in particular:

1° The provisions of section 2 of this chapter which apply to the nationwide deployment of a local protocol pursuant to article L. 4011-4-6;

2° The nature of the indicators mentioned in article L. 4011-4-5, which include monitoring of the quality of care.

Les modalités d’application de la présente section sont déterminées par décret, notamment :

1° Les dispositions de la section 2 du présent chapitre qui s’appliquent au déploiement sur tout le territoire national d’un protocole local en application de l’article L. 4011-4-6 ;

2° La nature des indicateurs mentionnés à l’article L. 4011-4-5, qui comprennent un suivi de la qualité des soins.
