Article L4061-6 of the French Public Health Code

Military health professionals attached to a foreign army who do not meet the conditions for practising in France as determined by this Part may only perform on French territory the acts of their profession in respect of foreign nationals whom they accompany in the context of international military cooperation. They may not perform these acts in health establishments.

Les professionnels de santé militaires relevant d’une armée étrangère qui ne remplissent pas les conditions d’exercice en France déterminées par la présente partie ne peuvent exécuter sur le territoire français les actes de leur profession qu’à l’égard des ressortissants étrangers qu’ils accompagnent dans le cadre de la coopération militaire internationale. Ils ne peuvent exercer ces actes au sein des établissements de santé.
