Article L4131-7 of the French Public Health Code

A Conseil d’Etat decree determines :

1° The conditions under which nationals of a Member State of the European Union, the Principality of Andorra or a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, holding evidence of formal qualifications obtained in one of these States, other than those defined in article L. 4131-1, may be authorised to practise in France the profession of doctor in the speciality corresponding to the evidence of formal qualifications ;

2° The composition and operation of the commission mentioned in article L. 4131-1-1 and the conditions under which the person concerned is subject to a compensation measure.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine :

1° Les conditions dans lesquelles les ressortissants d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne, de la principauté d’Andorre ou d’un Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, titulaires de titres de formation obtenus dans l’un de ces Etats, autres que ceux définis à l’article L. 4131-1, peuvent être autorisés à exercer en France la profession de médecin dans la spécialité correspondant aux titres de formation ;

2° La composition et le fonctionnement de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 4131-1-1 et les conditions dans lesquelles l’intéressé est soumis à une mesure de compensation.
