Article L414-11 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Article L. 414-10 does not apply when the foreign national holds one of the following residence permits:
1° The temporary residence permit bearing the wording “ICT trainee” provided for in article L. 421-30;
2° The temporary residence permit bearing the wording “ICT mobile trainee” provided for in article L. 421-31;
3° The temporary residence permit bearing the wording “private and family life” provided for in article L. 426-12, for the year following the first issue;
4° The temporary residence permit bearing the wording “visitor” provided for in article L. 426-20;
5° The temporary residence permit bearing the wording “trainee” provided for in article L. 426-23;
6° The residence permit bearing the wording “retired” provided for in article L. 426-8.

L’article L. 414-10 ne s’applique pas lorsque l’étranger est titulaire de l’une des cartes de séjour suivantes :
1° La carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-30 ;
2° La carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire mobile ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-31 ;
3° La carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” vie privée et familiale ” prévue à l’article L. 426-12, pour l’année qui suit la première délivrance ;
4° La carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” visiteur ” prévue à l’article L. 426-20 ;
5° La carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire ” prévue à l’article L. 426-23 ;
6° La carte de séjour portant la mention ” retraité ” prévue à l’article L. 426-8.
