Article L414-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

An employer who has been ordered to leave French territory as a result of the withdrawal, pursuant to article L. 432-11, of his resident’s card may, within three years of this expulsion decision, be refused the right to carry on a professional activity in France.

L’employeur qui a fait l’objet d’une décision portant obligation de quitter le territoire français en raison du retrait, prononcé en application de l’article L. 432-11, de sa carte de résident peut, dans les trois années qui suivent cette décision d’éloignement, se voir refuser le droit d’exercer une activité professionnelle en France.
