Article L4141-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The representative of the State may, at any time, request communication of the acts taken in the name of the region which are not mentioned in article L. 4141-2.

The representative of the State may only refer them to the administrative court, within a period of two months from their communication, if his request has been made within two months of the date on which the acts became enforceable.

Article L4141-4

Le représentant de l’Etat peut, à tout moment, demander communication des actes pris au nom de la région qui ne sont pas mentionnés à l’article L. 4141-2.

Il ne peut les déférer au tribunal administratif, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de leur communication, que si sa demande a été présentée dans le délai de deux mois à compter de la date à laquelle les actes sont devenus exécutoires.
