Article L4142-2 of the French Labour Code

Employees holding a fixed-term employment contract and temporary employees assigned to workstations presenting particular risks to their health or safety benefit from enhanced safety training, under the conditions set out in article L. 4154-2.

Notwithstanding the provisions of article L. 4141-4, the financing of these training courses is the responsibility of the user company.

Article L4142-2

Les salariés titulaires d’un contrat de travail à durée déterminée et les salariés temporaires affectés à des postes de travail présentant des risques particuliers pour leur santé ou leur sécurité bénéficient d’une formation renforcée à la sécurité, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4154-2.

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 4141-4, le financement de ces actions de formation est à la charge de l’entreprise utilisatrice.
