Members of the Dental Surgeons’ Association are elected by a single-ballot majority system. Each pair is made up of candidates of different sexes.
Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, when the number of dental surgeons of the same sex registered on the roll of the Association and fulfilling the conditions of eligibility is less than or equal to 30, the Council of the Association is elected by a single-ballot majority system.
Elected substitutes are of the same sex as the member to be replaced.
A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the procedures for implementing this article.
