It is forbidden for fathers, mothers, guardians or employers, and in general for any person having authority over or custody of a child, to place the child under the guidance of vagrants, persons without means of support or beggars.

Il est interdit aux père, mère, tuteurs ou employeurs, et généralement à toute personne ayant autorité sur un enfant ou en ayant la garde, de le placer sous la conduite de vagabonds, de personnes sans moyens de subsistance ou se livrant à la mendicité.
