Article L4163-20 of the French Labour Code

The employee may only bring an action for the allocation of points during the two calendar years following the end of the year in respect of which points were or should have been credited to the account. The limitation period is interrupted by one of the causes provided for in the Civil Code.

L’action du salarié en vue de l’attribution de points ne peut intervenir qu’au cours des deux années civiles suivant la fin de l’année au titre de laquelle des points ont été ou auraient dû être portés au compte. La prescription est interrompue par une des causes prévues par le code civil.
