Without prejudice to articles L. 420-6, L. 462-8, L. 463-1 to L. 463-4, L. 463-6, L. 463-7 and L. 464-1 to L. 464-8, disputes relating to the application of the rules contained in articles L. 420-1 à L. 420-5 as well as Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty establishing the European Community and those in which these provisions are invoked shall be assigned, as appropriate and subject to the rules governing the division of jurisdiction between the different levels of court, to the civil or commercial courts, the seat and jurisdiction of which shall be determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat. This decree shall also determine the seat and jurisdiction of the court or courts of appeal hearing decisions handed down by these courts.
