Article L421-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A foreign national who comes to France on an assignment between establishments in the same company or between companies in the same group and who can prove, in addition to at least three months’ professional seniority in the group or company established outside France, an employment contract concluded with the company established in France will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport” for a maximum period of four years, subject to proving the salary threshold set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

L’étranger qui vient en France dans le cadre d’une mission entre établissements d’une même entreprise ou entre entreprises d’un même groupe et qui justifie, outre d’une ancienneté professionnelle d’au moins trois mois dans le groupe ou l’entreprise établi hors de France, d’un contrat de travail conclu avec l’entreprise établie en France se voit délivrer une carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent ” d’une durée maximale de quatre ans, sous réserve de justifier du seuil de rémunération fixé par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
Cette carte permet l’exercice d’une activité professionnelle salariée dans le cadre de la mission ayant justifié la délivrance du titre de séjour.
