A foreign national who comes to France on an assignment between establishments in the same company or between companies in the same group and who can prove, in addition to at least three months’ professional seniority in the group or company established outside France, an employment contract concluded with the company established in France will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport” for a maximum period of four years, subject to proving the salary threshold set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
