A foreign national who makes a direct economic investment in France will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport” for a maximum period of four years.
This permit allows the holder to carry out a commercial activity related to the investment project that justified its issue.
L’étranger qui procède à un investissement économique direct en France se voit délivrer une carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent ” d’une durée maximale de quatre ans.
Cette carte permet l’exercice d’une activité commerciale en lien avec le projet d’investissement ayant justifié sa délivrance.
