Article L421-29 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The spouse of the foreign national mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 421-27, as well as the couple’s children, will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the words “salarié détaché mobile ICT (famille)” under the same conditions as those provided for in article L. 421-28, without the condition provided for in article L. 412-1 being applicable.

Le conjoint de l’étranger mentionné au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 421-27, ainsi que les enfants du couple, se voient délivrer une carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” salarié détaché mobile ICT (famille) ” dans les mêmes conditions que celles prévues à l’article L. 421-28, sans que soit opposable la condition prévue à l’article L. 412-1.
