A foreign national who is a dependent parent of a French national and his/her spouse will be issued with a ten-year residence permit subject to production of the long-stay visa provided for in 1° of article L. 411-1 and regularity of residence.

A foreign national who is a dependent parent of a French national and his/her spouse will be issued with a ten-year residence permit subject to production of the long-stay visa provided for in 1° of article L. 411-1 and regularity of residence.
L’étranger, parent à charge d’un français et de son conjoint, se voit délivrer une carte de résident d’une durée de dix ans sous réserve de la production du visa de long séjour prévu au 1° de l’article L. 411-1 et de la régularité du séjour.
