Article L423-12 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The decision of the Commission du Contrôle de la Réglementation, signed by its Chairman, is notified to the respondent or, where applicable, to the person assisting or representing the respondent, to the rapporteur, to the Chairman of the Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image Animée, to the Minister for Culture and to any person or authority affected by the decision.

Article L423-12

La décision de la commission du contrôle de la réglementation, signée de son président, est notifiée à la personne mise en cause ou, le cas échéant, à la personne qui l’assiste ou la représente, au rapporteur, au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, au ministre chargé de la culture et à toute personne ou autorité concernée par la décision.
