Article L423-9 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

At the end of the investigation, the rapporteur draws up his report. In this report, he will state his position on the action he proposes to take on the investigation and, where applicable, on the sanctions provided for in article L. 422-1 that it considers appropriate. It communicates its report, together with the documents on which it is based, to the defendant, the Regulatory Control Commission and the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article L423-9

Au terme de l’instruction, le rapporteur établit son rapport. Il y prend position sur les suites qu’il propose de donner à l’instruction et, le cas échéant, sur celles des sanctions prévues à l’article L. 422-1 qu’il estime appropriées. Il communique son rapport, accompagné des documents sur lesquels il se fonde, à la personne mise en cause, à la commission du contrôle de la réglementation et au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
