The Autorité des marchés financiers has the same powers over multilateral trading facilities in another Member State of the European Union or another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area as it has over regulated markets under II of Article L. 422-1.
L’Autorité des marchés financiers dispose à l’égard des systèmes multilatéraux de négociation d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen des mêmes pouvoirs que ceux qui lui sont dévolus par le II de l’article L. 422-1 à l’égard des marchés réglementés.
